Yardieman Murray.

I came up through electrical and mechanical engineering, did the AWS Solutions Architect track, and spent years in telecom. The inflection point was personal — I have family in caregiving and friends running home-care agencies in the Caribbean diaspora corridors of Atlanta and Tampa. I watched them lose leads to voicemail, then watched them lose those same leads again because the SMS follow-up never went out, then a third time because nobody emailed back.

The problem was never one channel. It was that there was no conversation layer connecting them. Every system was siloed. Every lead fell through a different crack.

Voice AI got good enough in 2024. By 2026, the rest of the stack — SMS sequencing, email orchestration, chat widgets — got cheap enough that one platform could finally do what no operator could afford to assemble.

So I built it. Voice first, because it was the most painful gap. Chat followed close behind — same conversation engine, just in text form. SMS and email are rolling out across 2026 with the operators who need them most.

Every product decision asks: does this make an operator's day easier? If we can't answer yes in one sentence, it doesn't ship.

PRINCIPLE 02

Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.

TCPA, CAN-SPAM, 10DLC, HIPAA, DNC — engineering requirements, not legal disclaimers. The lawsuit we prevent is the one our customer never has to defend against.

PRINCIPLE 03

Multi-channel by design.

Operators don't lose leads in one channel. They lose them across all of them. We build for the full Interest → Purchase boundary, not for one box on a feature comparison.
