Why is pricing based on voice volume only?
Voice is the most expensive channel to deliver — real-time compute, per-minute carrier costs, sub-400ms latency budgets. SMS, email, and chat are dramatically cheaper. Pricing on what's expensive (voice) and bundling what's cheap (everything else) means voice-heavy customers don't subsidize messaging-heavy customers, and vice versa. Honest unit economics.
What's actually live today vs roadmap?
Voice and chat are fully live and in production. SMS recovery (the 60-second text-back from missed calls) is shipping now. Full SMS sequences and the email engine are rolling out across 2026 with design partners. We don't backdate roadmap items. When something ships, it ships; until then we say so plainly.
If I sign up now, do I have to wait for the other channels?
No. Voice and chat give you immediate value — you start capturing leads on day one. As SMS and email ship through 2026, they're added to your account at no additional charge. Your tier locks in your pricing for everything.
How does TCPA / CAN-SPAM compliance work across channels?
Each channel has its own consent state per contact. A contact who opts out of SMS may still be opt-in for email. STOP / HELP keywords on SMS, unsubscribe links on email, and "remove me" detection on voice all write opt-out records that block future sends in that channel. Audit trail with TrustedForm certificates, recording links, and timestamps for every consent change. 7-year retention.
Can I integrate with my existing CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)?
Yes — Growth and Scale tiers. Verbosync handles the conversation; your CRM stores the customer record. Two-way sync on contacts, deals, and activity timelines. We're a conversation layer, not a replacement for your CRM, so we play nicely with the ones you already have.
What if I only want voice?
Then you only use voice. Starter tier gives you full voice and a quiet on-ramp to multi-channel as you decide you want it. Nothing pushed.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans (10% discount) are 12-month commits. Either way, all your conversation data — recordings, transcripts, contact records, sequences — is exportable to CSV/JSON anytime, and we provide it automatically on cancellation.
