I understand that calls and SMS messages sent through Verbosync are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). I will only contact recipients who have provided prior express written consent for marketing communications.

10DLC SMS sender registration (only if you'll send SMS)

I authorize Verbosync to register my business with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) SMS sending. Required by US carriers before you can send SMS, and uses the EIN provided in step 2. Skip this if you only need voice — you can opt in later from Settings.

Call recording consent *

I confirm my voice agent will announce that calls are recorded at the start of each call (required in 12 states with two-party consent laws).

HIPAA Business Associate Agreement
